Crafting, Cauldrons & Storage Rings
Starfall's first major production-system update introduced Crafting, functional cauldrons, weighted inventories, storage rings, and market progression.
Crafting
Added item crafting with its own EXP and tier progression.
Craftable categories included unique-ID items such as cauldrons and storage rings.
Recipes require the appropriate materials and learned crafting knowledge.
Cauldrons
Cauldrons became required for pill refinement below Tier 8.
Cauldron stats affect refinement cooldowns and the success chance for pills above the alchemist's tier.
Cauldrons are craft-only items with unique IDs and randomized stats within defined ranges.
Added /equip for selecting an active cauldron.
Inventory & Storage Rings
Every item gained a weight value, and the original inventory became the 80-weight Base Inventory.
Added Low-, Middle-, and High-Grade Storage Rings. Only the Low-Grade ring was directly purchasable.
Rings stay in Base Inventory, one may be equipped at a time, and the first owned ring bypasses the normal weight check.
/ring equip selects a ring; /ring transfer moves items between owned rings.
Market Progression
Added five market tiers earned through unlimited market participation points.
Introduced listing, buying, and selling taxes that decrease with market tier.
/market profile displays tier progress and applicable taxes.
Listings expire after three days, listing capacity increases by tier, and crafted unique-ID items may be sold.
